 The Gold Brick Story For Kids

 Three greedy friends story

There lived three friends in a city. They used to do business together and take great care of each other. The time was passing so smoothly that they faced loss in business. Now they were compelled to lead a life of misery. Then they consulted each other that they should go to some other City to test their fortune. So all of them took some important luggage and money  and set off for their journey. On their way they passed by a forest. There they saw some sparkling thing. As that three friends reached near that thing to know the reality, they got astonished as that was a pure gold brick.

Three friends are getting astonished to see pure gold brick.   

                

The three friends got really happy and found gold suddenly in their days of poverty. They thanked The God at that heavenly help. They decided to divide the goldbrick in 3 equal parts . During the gossip they started feeling hungry. Now they did not need to work hard by going to the other place. so they gave money to one of their friends and sent him to the nearby village to get some food stuff.   

One friend is going to the nearby village to get some food stuff.  

When he set off for the village the remaining two friends thought if they killed the third friend on his return they could divide the brick into two parts. Their greed had made them blind that's why they made a plan to murder their friend there the third friend ate satisfactory at reaching village. Then he bought food for his friends and mixed poison in it so that both of them would die immediately after eating that food and he alone would get the gold brick.

The friends got angry at his late arrival and killed him by ​attacking him.

When he returned with the poisoned food, both of the friends got angry with him at his late arrival and killed him by attacking him. After killing their friend, they started eating with great satisfaction.

After eating poisoned food the condition of both are getting bad.

But after having only a few bites they start feeling bad. Both of them died at last. In this way the great took their lives. But the gold brick was still placed there.
